Please note our insect screen collection of wire mesh is only available in woven patterns, there are no welded insect screen options available, samples are available upon request.
Our aluminum insect screen offers an extremely lightweight, cost effective option for screening and ventilation that is offered in 2 varieties: bright aluminum and black aluminum. Black aluminum is only available in 4’ wide rolls and offers higher transparency over bright aluminum due to its much darker appearance.
As mentioned above in the Applications/Notes section of this page, some of our insect screening (bright aluminum, bronze, and copper) is suitable for EMI and RFI shielding which involves dampening and reflecting electromagnetic waves utilizing a conductive material. This shielding can be utilized to block unwanted electromagnetic waves, shielding frequencies from interference.
